Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across Canada. At this time, we do not offer shipping to the United States or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The size and weight of the items in your order

  • The number of packages required for shipment

We use structured, region-based shipping rates designed to reflect real delivery costs across Canada. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we coordinate fulfillment directly from our supplier’s warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 7-13 business days

  • Prairies & Alberta: 10-14 business days

  • British Columbia: 10-14 business days

  • Atlantic Canada: 10-14 business days

  • Newfoundland & Labrador: 10-17 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and destination.

Multiple Packages

Many of our products ship in their original packaging.

This means:

  • Some items may ship in multiple boxes

  • Larger orders may arrive in separate deliveries

This is normal and ensures your items are transported safely.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your order includes multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delivery Requirements

All deliveries are curbside delivery.

This means:

  • The carrier will deliver to the entrance of your home or building

  • Items are not brought inside or assembled

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery when required.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Remote Locations

Shipping to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply. If so, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and product

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
