Overview
At Palma Brava, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. Because our items ship directly from our suppliers in their original packaging, our return and warranty policies are structured to ensure fairness, product integrity, and efficient resolution of any issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of:

The product

The packaging
-
Any visible damage
We will review your claim and coordinate a repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate.
Important: All claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Claims
To qualify for a damage or defect claim:

Items must be in original packaging

Items must not be assembled
-
Damage must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect assembly
Claims may be denied if these conditions are not met.
Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:

A 25% restocking fee will apply

The item must be:

Unused
-
Unassembled
-
In original packaging
Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping costs

Ensuring the item is properly packaged for return
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Assembled items

Items without original packaging

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery
Warranty Coverage
Most products are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects only
The warranty does not cover:

Damage from normal wear and tear

Improper use or assembly

Accidental damage

Surface damage (scratches, dents, stains)

Exposure to outdoor elements

Commercial or non-residential use

Modifications to the product

Repairs or replacements are provided at the discretion of the supplier

In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund

Any issued store credit must be used within six (6) months

Please ensure all product selections, quantities, and specifications are correct before placing your order.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate changes once an order has been processed.
