Price Match Guarantee

Simply show us our competitor's advertised price for the identical product, either at the time of purchase or within 7 days after your purchase.

The competitor's advertised price must take into consideration delivery and availability of product.

When matching prices of American dealers, we must include currency exchange, shipping, brokerage, and duties.

Once we verify the price is genuine, we will happily match the price at our discretion or refund the difference if you've already purchased. 

Exclusions are the :

  • Clearance, refurbished Items or floor model display offers.
  • Offers by any resellers, products sold by third-party sellers on websites, distributors or direct retail importers such as: Costco, Leons, The Brick, ...
  • Advertising errors (either ours or competitors).

Warranty

Most of our manufacturers guarantee their products with a warranty of up to 12 months. Please contact us if you have questions regarding specific product warranties. This warranty is for residential use only and does not cover usage in a commercial environment.

Warranty is void if non- contract viable product is placed in a commercial or non-residential setting. Warranty is void if any modifications, including re-upholstering, have been made by any dealer, trade partner or person. This Warranty does not apply to any condition or damage which is not a Defect, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any condition or damage resulting from neglect, misuse or abuse, accident, unreasonable or unintended strain or use, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, or any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from alcohol, water, fabric dye transfer, or cleaning substance or liquid damage, exposure to sunlight, household humidity, or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating applied by the the consumer.

  • No warranties or returns on discontinued and/or clearance-priced products.

 

Contactless curbside pickup from our store is always free.

Delivery drop off of a large item (i.e. Sofa, Bed, TV console) in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Pickering is   $150.00

Our "White Glove Delivery" includes assembly and garbage removal of product packaging.

We provide two-person crew contactless white glove delivery and assembly of a large item within the GTA and surrounding cities (i.e. Sofa, Bed, TV console)

Shipping Pick Ups and Return Policy

Shipping

Upon receipt, please be sure to account for each Items. You are responsible for examining all merchandise  to determine if damage has occurred in transit or any cartons are damaged or missing and refuse acceptance. All claims for shortages and/or damage must be photographed in the presence of the carrier and reported to Palma Brava Home Furnishings within 48 hours of delivery.

It is customer's sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will pass through doors & entrances, tight corners in hallways, staircase ceiling height and width to go to basement or second floor and fit his/her intended space.

Estimated Dates of Arrival are tentative and cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.

ETA's are estimated times of arrival and are subject to change without notice which are beyond our control.

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 days from time of ordering. If the order has already been confirmed & processed by our order and shipping department, it is not possible to cancel. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. You can initiate an exchange for unassembled items in their original packaging within 4 days of shipping or pickup date. Items picked up from the supplier is considered Final Sale and a credit note may be considered.

In-Stock Furniture

We will replace your item or parts of your item if defective at no charge to you. All regular priced in-stock furniture in their original packaging can be returned within 4 days of purchase. Your refund will be reduced by a re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price.  Delivery fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the delivery/shipping fees to have item(s) returned to Palma Brava store. Assembled furniture, clearance items, one of a kind, floor models and special order furniture are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Special Order and Custom Products

All custom and special orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Other Products not Eligible for Return

For products such as pillows, blankets, mirror, lighting and accessories, they are not eligible to be returned.

The purchases will be considered a final sale.

§  No returns on discontinued and/or clearance-priced products and rugs.

Details

Any products that is accepted for return must be in the original condition. All returns will be credited using the original method of payment.

For returns refund would be less a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price.

Delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that all refunds will  take 5-7 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

We must receive your returned items at our facility within 4 days. We inspect all returned items. It must be in its original Box and unassembled

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will gladly refund the full cost of shipping and ship you the correct item ordered.
